So I haven’t posted in a few days…
………
Anyway, today I am making a second batch of bread in my new bread machine. Cuisinart Convection Bread Machine :) The first batch did not rise properly. :*(*************** *banging head against wall* So this time I’m just making simple French bread. I mean what can go wrong with Water, Salt, Flour, and Yeast? Well when I’m in charge of it…probably a lot. I had a 20% off coupon for Bed Bath and Beyond that I used. I originally went in to find a breadmaker but their selection consisted of one cheapo upright loaf style and even though it was only about 60 dollars it wasn’t worth it. I wanted something a little more rugged. Which lead me to the next thing below…
Here is my other new toy. Nesco Food Dehydrator and Jerky Maker It came with four trays, and a fruit leather tray and can hold up twelve trays.
I’ve made three trays of Apple Fruit Leather that has been scarfed down and two trays of Apple Chips that didn’t even last a couple hours, they were really good. I tried to make Banana Chips but they didn’t turn out. I thing I might have sliced them too thick or did not let them sit long enough in the juice before I put them in the dehydrator. At first they weren’t hard enough and then bam they were like rocks, I could break a window with them I think. I can’t wait for the next co-op shipment to come in so I can make more apple chips!
On another note two weeks ago I got my hair done. I’ve never had a lot of highlights done or done lowlights at all. I like it, there could probably be a few more highlights but oh well. I wanted the same layers I had but wanted them trimmed. Unfortunately I must not have explained myself well enough because she took the bottom layers up but then stopped so it doestn’t have the body I was hoping for. Here are a few pictures. Hair down. and Hair up for some reason the pics look weird on here. %(
I think the oldest April Fool’s joke in the book and by far my favorite is “I’m pregnant”, too bad I can’t use it :*(

Well I think you look lovely! And don’t worry about the bread, I am finding out that it just takes some trial and error and most of the time, no matter what is wrong with the bread, it’s still tasty.
Hope to see you tomorrow!
